How It All Started
It started with a backyard pizza oven and a love for feeding friends and family. What began as weekend experiments with dough and fire quickly became an obsession. We studied the craft, travelled to Naples, and spent countless hours perfecting our technique.
We realised that the best moments in life happen around food - and there's something magical about watching a pizza being made right in front of you. The stretch of the dough, the bubbling cheese, the smell of wood smoke. It's primal, it's theatrical, and it brings people together.
So we built a mobile pizzeria and took the show on the road. Now we bring that experience to events across the region, one perfectly charred pizza at a time.
